If you haven't already booked a room at the Doubletree Hotel for Anime North 2006 yet...you might want to. Really fast. As in: rooms with 2 double beds are gone, rooms with 1 king-sized and a pull-out couch are also gone, and rooms with 1 queen-sized bed and a pull-out couch seem to be very much an endangered species.
Just fyi.
In other news: there is a grand spanking total of 1 day left before the kiosk gets stripped down, pulled apart and removed. Mel's bringing the accelerants. I would bring the beer, but they don't allow open alcohol inside the mall. So we're probably just going to set the kiosk ablaze and drink to its demise outside in the parking lot.
Mel's happy about this. So very, very, very, very, very happy.
